ULTRA-LIGHTWEIGHT PERFORMANCE

Carbon D2 is the lightest performance construction in the range, reducing board weight for faster acceleration, earlier lift onto foil and efficient flight.

Unlike XTEC constructions that use expanding epoxy resin, Carbon D2 uses a traditional epoxy lamination to minimize weight while maintaining structural strength.

On the Take Off, an additional PVC standing area is integrated to improve impact resistance during freestyle jumping and wave riding.

LIGHTWEIGHT PERFORMANCE

XTEC Carbon D2 builds on the XTEC Carbon construction while reducing overall board weight. The D2 structure optimizes the internal layup to remove unnecessary material, creating a lighter board that accelerates easily, lifts onto foil sooner and requires less energy to stay flying.

Like XTEC Carbon, it uses expanding epoxy resin to create a durable sandwich structure that maintains strength and impact resistance.

A Carbon Load Frame rail band increases stiffness and breaking strength, while Carbon reinforcements around the foil box strengthen the highest load area.
